Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

About The Position

This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing, and requires a high degree of creative thinking and operational excellence. The right candidate for this position is an expert in all aspects of demand gen strategy/paid media activation, and thrives in agile and collaborative environments where people are curious, passionate about our mission, and want to deliver impact at scale.

  • Design, execute and maintain our demand generation strategy, and paid media campaigns, across channels and programs including but not limited to: LinkedIn & Google AdWords campaigns, industry award submissions, and various outbound communication efforts, to drive awareness and engagement across our target audience of brands and agencies
  • Forecast, analyze, and develop action plans to improve the impact of marketing activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length, and report on this to internal stakeholders
  • Support greater marketing and strategy efforts with channel expertise
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy and landing pages to ensure optimal campaign performance
  • Stay on top of latest trends in demand gen and paid social advertising
  • Regularly research competition and conduct market research to help develop ways to differentiate ourselves
  • Support Director of Product Marketing in creating new and innovative ways to communicate Clinch’s value proposition



  • Min 3-5 years experience in B2B demand gen/paid media or an adjacent discipline 
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and AdWords are a must, additional MarTech tools a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A collaborative attitude combined with a can-do spirit; willing to jump in wherever needed
  • Have a “test and learn” mindset with the mentality to continually assess KPIs to monitor business performance
  • Knowledge of the structure and underlying business priorities of key industry segments (advertisers, agencies, advertising planning, digital and traditional buying, creative, etc.)


Compensation commensurate with experience, base salary + bonus.
