About The Position

Summary: 

Clinch, a fast-growing creative tech company providing AI-driven Hyper-Personalized Dynamic Creative technology for Digital, Social, Mobile, Advanced-TV, and Digital-out-of-Home Advertising, is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing Ad Operations team. This person will be a key technical resource to our sales team, and an advisor during the sales and initial launch process with Clinch.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical solutions in new business discussions & lead conversations on applied product capabilities.
  • Provide best practice strategies to ensure successful launches with our new business clients.  
  • Build visual decks to help clients understand product and channel requirements, recommend strategies & analyze optimization results.
  • Serve as a technical resource to Sales department and be a member of the Ad Ops team; collaborating closely with Sales & Product teams to learn Clinch’s capabilities and be able to make recommendations to meet & exceed client needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

A successful candidate would have a combination of technical abilities in digital advertising, data analytics, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

  • 3+ years of experience working in ad tech, ad ops, or another technical/trafficking role.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt & perform well in always changing environment
  • Problem Solving: proven ability to understand client requests and develop campaign strategies to meet/exceed expectations.
  • Understanding of HTML and JavaScript tracking tags
  • Strong understanding of data infrastructure
  • Ability to understand technical documentation & restructure information for different audiences.
  • Ability to communicate & educate clients well. Experience presenting strategies & explaining campaign complexities.
  • Strong attention to detail
