About The Position

We seek a team player with experience in digital advertising. The chosen candidate will report directly to the CEO and assist with the company’s aggressive growth strategy. This is a fantastic ground-floor growth opportunity for the right individual.

  • Create, oversee and manage budgeting process Company-wide as well as for each department
  • Facilitate day-to-day financial operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, accounts payable, etc.
  • Produce company and consolidated financial statements
  • Build out financial projections
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
  • Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist CEO in creating strategic plans for the future
  • Partner with Head of Sales to manage revenue, sales commissions, etc.
  • Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed
  • Prepare official financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Seek out methods and best practices to minimize financial risk
  • Contract and manage auditing services, if deemed necessary
  • Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, banks and accountants
  • Update and implement financial policies and procedures


  • CPA preferred or advanced degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably within the AdTech, Advertising or Digital Media industries
  • International Finance experience (Europe or Israel) is preferred
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Management experience
  • Understanding of data privacy standards
  • Integrity and honesty
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy, able to employ the latest accounting and financial platforms (Quickbooks, Expensify, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of business principles and practices

  • Critical thinking skills, computer skills, multi-tasking skills
  • Start-up experience and knowledge of Hebrew language a strong plus
