About The Position


We're looking for an entry-level Business Operations Coordinator who is a great team player and is eager to advance their career. This position will report to the Director of People & Business Operations and oversees various workplace tasks like IT, Finance, and Facilities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong customer service abilities, thrive in a versatile role, and be prepared to start strong at an exciting, dynamic startup. Daily responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Handle the day-to-day administrative and office-related projects
  • Coordinate AP/AR with Clients and the Finance team
  • Manage IT, and Facilities projects such as administering Clinch’s hardware, software, floor plan, and new space development
  • Provide first-level contact and communicate resolutions to coworkers for IT, and Facilities questions and issues to enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and using excellent customer service skills to exceed our coworkers’ expectations by following up, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Act as liaison with onsite Property Management and 3rd party vendors
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of issues
  • Recommended procedure modifications or enhancements as needed to improve productivity and collaboration
  • Promote Business Ops programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Undertake tasks around procurement and office management

Requirements

  • This is a hybrid role requiring four days in the office
  • 1+ years of Business Operations experience
  • Understanding of general Finance, IT, and Facilities policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of Task/Project Management systems and databases
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Experience working with vendors, contracts, and related documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Aptitude in problem-solving and people-oriented with a natural competence for building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
  • BA/BS in Business administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field

Salary Range

$60-70K
