Creative Technical Support Specialist
About The Position
The Creative Technical Support Specialist is a subject matter expert on digital advertising technologies, emphasizing creative executions and their development in third-party ad servers. The Creative Technical Support Specialist will work closely with internal Customer Experience Managers, creative production, education and product teams, external clients, and partners to support omni-channel advertising campaigns.
Creative Production
- Master the SDK (API) that powers our dynamic ads.
- Build or modify interactive HTML widgets nested within ads.
- Build or modify ads that use Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate, or hand-coded.
- Build demo or live campaign creative (HTML, Video, or Image-based dynamic templates).
Support
- Troubleshoot JavaScript, CSS, and HTML code issues with digital ads built by SaaS clients needing creative technical support using the Clinch SDK.
- Respond to SaaS support tickets and document solutions in the company knowledge base.
- Provide development best practices to help meet client objectives and production goals within the Clinch platform.
- Provide detailed feedback to developers to help them solve bugs or other issues.
- Escalate to Tier 4 (Product/Engineering) when platform bugs associated with support tickets arise.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Advanced-level knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, & HTML5 is required.
- Strong experience with jQuery and GSAP.
- Experience in design programs: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma.
- Working knowledge of Google Web Designer, Adobe Animate, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with ticketing or task management systems like Zendesk, JIRA, Bugzilla, Basecamp, or Asana.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Professional written and spoken communication. Able to communicate about complex topics in a simple and clear style.
- Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills using browser developer tools and network traffic inspectors like Charles, Fiddler, or Chrome Dev Tools.
- Capable of troubleshooting issues within a tight timeline.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative.
- BA/BS or comparable degree or certification, especially in a technical field.
Experience
4+ years of work experience in digital advertising, web development, or a related technology field.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $120,000
