DevOps Team Lead
About The Position

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and manage highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development and deployment processes.
- Automate and enhance delivery workflows, ensuring seamless integration from code commit to production.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to support agile development cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Team Lead or Senior DevOps Engineer in a cloud-native environment.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.) and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, monitoring, and logging solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
