But for a chain of Fast Casual restaurants with fewer and more spaced-apart locations your customers want you to be their local eatery more than a reliable, generic chain. Dave & Buster’s wanted to do hyper local advertising as one way to accomplish this, emphasizing their place in your community, and driving up restaurant visits while keeping customer acquisition costs low.

Solution

Clinch developed ads for social, programmatic, and video channels that featured the location nearest the viewer and responded to local conditions like weather and sports schedules. Clinch automation produced over 12,000 ads and trafficked them automatically, in what would otherwise have been an arduous manual process.

Results

Dave & Buster’s shared that their prior cost-per-visit metrics had been $1.57.
