About The Position

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionately knowledgeable about the digital advertising ecosystem and AdTech. Our Integrations and Certifications Manager will liaise between the Sales, Account Management and Ad Operations teams. They will play a key role in coordinating, managing, and maintaining Clinch’s integrations and certifications. They will also chair regular certification audits in collaboration with VP, Partnerships, and Technical Integrations to ensure Clinch integrations and certifications maintain compatibility with any technical advancements our media or data partners introduce. The chosen candidate will report directly to the Head of Business Development and be a vital facilitator of the company's aggressive growth strategy.   • Ad Ops or Technical consulting experience or, alternately, experience working in a related ad-tech platform.
  • Must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage projects and build relationships internally and with partners.

Requirements

  • Work cross-functionally building and maintaining relations with ecosystem partners and affiliates; Publishers, Content Providers, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, Measurement, Identity, Verification, CDPs, and other Data Providers while working closely with Product & Engineering and Ad Operations teams to support platform certifications and integrations.
  • Perform as certifications lead for media and platform partners
  • Set up and manage campaigns for certificates, scheduling, implementation, tracking, creative delivery, QA, and reporting.
  • Partner with VP, Partnerships, and Technical Integrations for certification analysis and insights.
  • Act as liaison for Sales, Account Management, and AdOps for integrations, including but not limited to collecting requirements and coordinating with VP, Partnerships of Technical Integrations.
  • Interact with Sales to anticipate, advise and manage expectations for certifications and integration timelines

Experience

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in Ad-tech (DCO/Personalization space) or Ad Operations in a technical trouble-shooting role or campaign set-up/trafficking position
  • Experience appending pixels, working with multiple tag formats, tracking, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Referenceable expertise in advertising technology, in particular, programmatic markets (Data / DMP / CDP utilization)
  • Experience in OTT/ CTV, DOOH, and Social is a plus!
  • Programmatic and publisher experience with a robust analytics background is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to project manage
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic is a must.
  • Data / DMP / CDP utilization knowledge is a plus.
  • Understanding the ad serving is a must.
  • Ability to read, write and distill technical documentation
  • Ability to process and summarize analytical data
  • Experience communicating with / presenting to clients across various levels and teams (audiences will include senior partners, clients, Ad Ops and analytics teams, senior media, and creative agencies leadership)
  • Experience in consulting with Clients, Sales, and Account teams is a plus.
