About The Position

Clinch is a fast-growing startup company providing Hyper-Personalized Dynamic Creative technology for Digital, Social, and Advance-TV Advertising. We are looking for a talented SaaS oriented Product Training Manager based in the United States.

Position Description:

We seek team player with Ad-tech SaaS experience who is people oriented, learning-centric, energetic, and highly motivated to join our Product Training Team. The Product Training Manager (Ad-Tech) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within the organization ensuring high levels of employee knowledge on the Clinch product, leading employee development during onboarding and the continuing education experience. The Product Training Manager (Ad-Tech) will report to the Head of Ad Operations and will work closely with our Sales, Ad Operations, Creative, Product, and HR department heads to ensure knowledge of our services are educated to ensure internal clients are knowledgeable and able to successfully leverage platform assets.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Be an expert in Clinch’s platform and services by being the point person on educating new hires and coworkers on the implementations, workflows, as well as all the uses and benefits of our products

·      Onboard and build relationships with employees, implementation support, workflow efficiency and continually provide them with a positive, Clinch product expert attitude

·      Provide proactive strategy with onboarding and continuing education trainings on in all aspects of Clinch products by understanding and teaching current and new features of the Clinch Platform

·      Train employees to prepare them on how to upsell, strategize, and ensure they are leveraging the features and capabilities of the Clinch Platform effectively, and finding value in their work

·      Teach new and existing internal Account Managers, Sellers, Marketers, Ad Ops, and other technical team’s ways to identify, improve, streamline, and upsell our product

·      Be a Clinch Platform advocate while capturing employee feedback and reporting requests to Management and Development teams

·      Efficiently manage employees time to help them focus on essential activities to ensure they completely understand the Clinch business

·      Prepare, develop, and instruct best practices to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our individual contributor’s and teams’ processes and workflow

·      Manage employee retention through increasing product knowledge and adaptation

Requirements

·      2-5 years of experience in an advertising technology role, such as Ad Ops, Employee/Customer Success, or Employee/Customer Support

·      Ability to understand and articulate the Clinch product

·      Experience in client onboarding and implementation of SaaS (Self Service) platforms

·      Possess strong communication skills with excellent presentation skills

·      Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player

·      Experience working with senior and executive level internal contacts

·      Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment

·      Excellent multitasking and project management skills

·      Prior experience in Ad-tech and marketing technologies with a desire learn and teach new technologies

·      Well-organized, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize

·      Experience with Adobe, Ad-tech SaaS, Asana and Salesforce a plus
