IL HR Manager
About The Position
Responsibilities:
- Be part of the IL leadership team; Act as a trusted advisor to people managers
- Manage the recruitment process end to end including: define job description, sourcing, conducting HR interviews, reference checks and preparing employment agreements.
- Build and maintain onboarding plans, conducting follow up meeting with new hires
- Build and execute employer branding plan
- Build and execute an annual welfare plan
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and process aligned with overall business strategy
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
Requirments:
- at least 3 years of Experience in technical recruitment- software is a must
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- A people-oriented leader while also being results and metrics driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and communication skills
- In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Startup experience is an advantage - we’re looking for a self-starter with the ability to execute in a fast-paced team environment
