About The Position

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of the IL leadership team; Act as a trusted advisor to people managers
  • Manage the recruitment process end to end including: define job description, sourcing, conducting HR interviews, reference checks and preparing employment agreements.
  • Build and maintain onboarding plans, conducting follow up meeting with new hires  
  • Build and execute employer branding plan
  • Build and execute an annual welfare plan
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and process aligned with overall business strategy
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements

Requirments:


  • at least 3 years of Experience in technical recruitment- software is a must
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • A people-oriented leader while also being results and metrics driven
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and communication skills
  • In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Startup experience is an advantage - we’re looking for a self-starter with the ability to execute in a fast-paced team environment
